Brutalstories builds communities, listens to stories and makes theater. We make community-building projects and/through collaborative theater.
The platform aims to explore, through different personal, political and aesthetical positions an egalitarian theater/society.
The core theme is brutality: in the night bar, the integration school, the football court, the family. In the Youtube videos, the porn websites, the double men-cheeseburgers. In Hollywood, religion, language. In Greece, in Europe. In the super-hero movies, in Disney. In countryside, in the capital city. In theater.
Brutalstories loves pop culture and literature. We are in the search for a personal language and for creative collaborators.
